My Story
I didn’t start my career in product or tech. I started as a multimedia journalist, learning how to listen closely, ask insightful questions, and tell stories that actually matter. That foundation has shaped how I’ve approached every role since — including how I build products, teams, and organizations.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve built and scaled products across healthcare, education, media, marketplaces, and consumer platforms, often within complex systems where access, clarity, and trust are critical to success. I’ve led products from 0→1 through post–Series A, partnering closely with executives, investors, and cross-functional operators to turn strategy into durable, revenue-driven systems.
Today, I serve as the founding Head of Product at Mae, a venture-backed maternal health company, where my work sits at the intersection of care delivery, technology, and business sustainability. I focus on the moments where intention meets friction — the points in a journey where clarity, speed, and trust determine whether someone engages, follows through, or drops off. Through product-led improvements across activation, utilization, and operational efficiency, my work has contributed to over $1M in annualized revenue impact, while improving access to care and continuity in a highly regulated environment.
Before Mae, I launch ARRAY Crew, the first workforce equity marketplace for below-the-line talent in Hollywood, a product that earned Webby Award recognition and demonstrated how thoughtful product design can expand access and opportunity at scale.
Across roles, I’m known for building high-performing product organizations and leading in a way that balances rigor with empathy. I care deeply about how teams are structured, how decisions are made under pressure, and how products scale while keeping the people they’re meant to serve at the center.
In my free time, I'm keeping my skills sharp building Rewind That!, a personal project rooted in my lifelong relationship with music — a digital game and cultural platform exploring how technology can preserve cultural memory, celebrate the history of Black music, and create joyful, educational experiences for the next generation.
When I’m not building, I'm spending time with my family or supporting founders, other product leaders and emerging talent navigate business and career development.
